- Reservation bears interest through invoice date and is applied to the purchase price.
- Reservations will be held in an escrow account. Any interest received in the escrow account will be in favor of the party making the reservation and shall be credited to the final order, or returned with the reservation deposit.
- Balance and executed Purchase Agreement will be due prior to shipment upon receipt of invoice.
